Beyond amazing. i have had some issues with my zbox, sent the whole unit up after the year. They tested and found a small issue. Rather than sending it back and forth trying to see if it was fixed, they replaced the circuit board, updated the gps, updated the flash and sent it on it's way.

 

Gotta love Canadian hospitality.

I completely agree with this - i have talked to them many times and never hesitate to help! Just recently purchased the latest version for both Malibu's I ski. I was like 'no rush' it's still snowing here ... and had the update chip the next day LOL.

I truly hope PP gets to read threads like this one as there are many others. My buddy just dealt with them on an issue last week. The response was swift and above and beyond his expectations as he told me. And that’s after I had told him how great the customer service was.

 

Seems to me no one should hesitate doing business with them.
