Baller Skichiro Posted October 17, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 17, 2020 We are up here in the Northwest and looking for a place warm to ski as winter approaches. Are there any places you can just pay by the set or day to ski? Not really looking for coaching, just want to have a ski weekend in the sunshine. Baller TEL Posted October 17, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 17, 2020 If you make it to Orlando, I would be happy to give you a pull
Baller kc Posted October 17, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 17, 2020 @Skichiro You can pay by the set at LaPoint Ski Park in Orlando. Great wind protection, and only a couple of miles down the road from Performance. The only downside? You may have to put up with @lpskier!
Jeff Loftus
I may be in florida for the month of January. Looking for home to rent on a lake with a course, and someone to ski with. Not sure of area yet but maybe around St Pete?
Baller theboardingschool Posted October 17, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 17, 2020 We don't do just ski rides, but at $340/day for food, accommodations, and 3 rides a day with coaching from Freddie Winter, I challenge you to find a better deal. Baller jepski Posted October 17, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 17, 2020 McGinnis Ski School in Ft. Lauderdale is very chill, you can buy blocks of time and use as you want.
Baller ALPJr Posted October 17, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 17, 2020 Sacramento, lessons or rides. If you have time on your hands you may even get hired. https://bellacqualake.com/sacramento-water-ski-training/

Baller Dockoelboto Posted October 18, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2020 @Skichiro I'm also in the PNW, it may not be warm but as long as it isn't raining you can ski here all year long. At least I do and some of my crazy neighbors. I'm always looking for new ski friends, I have a zo boat and live on a course.
Baller cougfan Posted October 18, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2020 @Skichiro just like @Dockoelboto the Wednesday night crew is from the PNW and we ski year around also. All you need is a drysuit a boat with a heater and hot water shower just ask a our resident cold weather expert @Rednucleus ?. Our regular ski site Bow lake with a course is closed for the season so we free ski Big lake or Clear lake. You are welcome to join us anytime. Just show up with your ski
Baller_ Rednucleus Posted October 18, 2020 Baller_ Share Posted October 18, 2020 If you don't have a shower, a big ice chest full of hot water on the dock or in the boat is great as it gets colder.
Baller drew Posted October 18, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2020 Have a look at our facility, Winter Garden Water Ski, on Insta (wintergardenwaterski) and FB... aka by many as the back lake at Isles of Lake Hancock. We are just north of Disney (two miles). PM me for bookings
Baller teammalibu Posted October 18, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 18, 2020 @drew you need to come back to Cedar Ridge and bring Charlie, we have tons of room and likely get to hang with @jayski!

Baller dvskier Posted October 31, 2020 Baller Share Posted October 31, 2020 @Laz link says boat rental available.
Baller_ MitchellM Posted October 31, 2020 Baller_ Share Posted October 31, 2020 I'll vouch for the buoy bungalow posted by @GWaterski . I've stayed there with my family twice and we're going back again in a few weeks. You can't ask for a more family friendly, water ski destination and renting from Gary and Kelly is fantastic. Nice to deal with other skiers and the lake has a great course. Sunrise view from the house to entice others. The boat is available for rental on Boatsetter.com https://www.boatsetter.com/boats/cwfgcsq?pos=8&
