Spineofgoo Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 I have been doing this program on my own since October when our ski season ended,the results have been amazing! I'm 65 and the loss of body fat and the additional muscle mass is impressive. The addition of the battle ropes and rowing machine are game changers. Spineofgoo Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 No,when I retired I put a gym in my garage with a wood stove I do everything on my own equipment.Starting next month I will go to the local powerhouse gym because the garage will become too hard to heat?Our gym has everything needed.
