Baller tsixam Posted July 10, 2019 Baller Share Posted July 10, 2019 I run the Short & Deep settings back home in cold water, 59ish and usually run 35off. Then I went to ski in Italy in really warm water about 86F and I had to work hard to even make 28off. After a couple of sets I changed to Long & Shallow and suddenly I didn’t have to work that hard and started to run 35 again. Has anyone the same experience when going from cold to warm water? Baller Keith_Menard Posted July 10, 2019 Baller Share Posted July 10, 2019 Interesting. @pregom set up my ski about a month ago and I was ripping on it...the past few weeks it feels 'twitchy'...I wonder if it has to do with the rising water temp at all. Baller gregy Posted July 10, 2019 Baller Share Posted July 10, 2019 What year? On the 16 when water would get up in the 90s it would get really sluggish in the turns. I would move the fin forward about an 1/8 of turn on the set screw and it took care of it.
