Kidder Hi-Wrap Rubber Replacement

I need to change out heel and toe pieces on some hi wraps on an old pair of Kidder jumpers. I have not done this in many years but as I recall this can be a pain. Does anyone have a good system for changing out rubber on old-school hi wraps?

Yes pain in the ass. I watch my son Stephen do them every year for him self and his sister.

Out come long screws and nails, vise grips and twister and squezers. A few bottles of beer later and tada !!

 

Or just call performance ski and surf and order up a pair of new wiley's!

Or just send them to Wiley's and have them put new rubber in them.

Good suggestions but I already bought the parts from Performance. I may just drop them off and have the nice folks at Performance change them out for me! :)
