It was built in the '90's and was originally designed to fold to 8' wide for traveling. We have since welded it solid, so it no longer folds down. It still has the tandem axles and a center hitch, so it goes down the road fine, you just need to watch out for construction barrels and mailboxes. There is currently no surface on it.
