Baller skimtb Posted January 7, 2019 Baller Share Posted January 7, 2019 Nice space man. Inversion table good? I’ve wondered, not that we really have space though....
Baller_ lpskier Posted January 7, 2019 Baller_ Share Posted January 7, 2019 I have an inversion table and love it. Get used to picking change up off the floor though. Lpskier
Baller Zman Posted January 7, 2019 Baller Share Posted January 7, 2019 @mfjaegersr Is that a Parabody universal home gym?
Baller mfjaegersr Posted January 7, 2019 Author Baller Share Posted January 7, 2019 @Zman -yessir; Parabody. It’s as old as the Jobe on the wall. @skimtb - thanks. Yes! It’s not a cure all, and yet it stretches the back in a way nothing else can. Plus you can channel your inner DeNiro (in Cape Fear.) ?

Baller S1Pitts Posted January 8, 2019 Baller Share Posted January 8, 2019 I bought my inversion table and have used it virtually daily since 1993. It does a whole lot more than people give it credit for. My fav is the drum set for cardio........can you drum WIPE OUT? LOL OK that was just bad.....sorry! Baller mfjaegersr Posted January 8, 2019 Author Baller Share Posted January 8, 2019 @S1Pitts That's almost as funny as it is bad...(Pandaworthy?) My buddy asked if the drums were for 'rhythm work'; I said 'yes, and for fine wrist and ankle conditioning...' And Cardio. It's but one vital cog in my total workout program - Cross(mis)Fit.
