HOA Document recommendations for new 5 lake site in South Florida - Pentalago

Pentalago is finalizing our HOA documents. For anyone out there that lives on a ski lake with an HOA, what language do you wish you had in your docs that you don't, and vice versa? We have 5 lakes, and want bulletproof protection for our rights to ski year round on protected water. Specific examples of language from actual HOA docs that you like and/or don't like would be great, and will hopefully reduce conflict down the road at Pentalago and other sites where people just want to get out on the water and get along.
