Not going to set any records with the boat path but looks like a decent ride. Probably like skiing behind an old PP boat that you can pull way down.

Wonder who makes those boats anyways. Seems like there's one brand that all the ski schools there use. They will usually have a fleet of these things and one ProStar or SN200, and maybe a surf boat.

I've run 35 off behind an outboard Ski Centurion...was all I had to train on as a M1 and M2 skier only time I saw an inboard was a tourney. My dad would hand drive and hand time...he was remarkably on-time...typically 16.00 to 16.15 which was damned impressive given my skiing style at the time--I was a bruiser back there.

That’s too cool, and according to those on the dock (and the driver) it was more than cool; they were wearing a lot of clothes.

@Orlando76 if you listen as he's getting ready to go, he says something to the affect of the driver just pins the throttle for the whole pass.

I was curious what speed you get from that boat at "full noise" (with Joel freaking Howley pulling on it)....gate to gate times from looking at the video frames are around 17.2s- so probably about 33.7mph

@Tom351 According to @DynaSkiPete the "full noise" mode should result in 50 mph+ ripping your arms off ?
