Baller austinminer Posted October 10, 2018 Baller Share Posted October 10, 2018 Team, Anyone know anything about the community called Thousand Oaks in Magnolia, TX (Houston Area) ? There is 1 lake with a course and looks like only a few houses on the lake. Lake looks to have approx. 2200ft of useable space with a SE to NW orientation. But one end of the ski lake had a bulkhead because there wasn't enough room for a tapered shore. You would have to drop and wait 2+ minutes to not have rollers. And sometimes that wasn't enough.
