Sent a few pics and they offered a new one. The new one was damaged by FedEx, who treated the box like a step stool then punched a hole in it that dented the ski. No issues, another ski was in the mail right away and I'm good to go... It's perfect and looks beautiful. Radar is top notch in my book. Great customer service is not common these days. The new vapors with boa are a way nicer product than your 15 boots. You also inkd out the price you paid on your invoice shared in that other thread. Why?
