Baller LoopSki Posted September 25, 2017 Baller Share Posted September 25, 2017 Not sure if anyone else with new generation MC has had letters fall off. I lost my left side of M and the T. I think barefoot boom spray may have had something to do with it. Maybe the spray hit the letters causing them to break loose. Either way not the best scenario with the adhesive. As an industry adhesive sales rep I used my own supply to re attach. They will never come off now with out a piece of the hull. Why does MC use sub par adhesive in lettering . Not just limited to MC. My letters fell off on my Malibu rlxi too.
Baller BraceMaker Posted September 25, 2017 Baller Share Posted September 25, 2017 Ideally one would be able to safety remove those.

Baller oldjeep Posted September 25, 2017 Baller Share Posted September 25, 2017 Sounds lucky. Took me all day to peel the huge stickers off the side of my Malibu.

Baller BraceMaker Posted September 25, 2017 Baller Share Posted September 25, 2017 For bubble letters I like the 3m body tape like used to mount bindings. You just cut it out to the letter hit with a hair dryer and Shazam.
