Baller Glock Posted August 21, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 21, 2017 https://youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=nJenJsXT0_I This is my 28off/34mph pass. Haven't had much coaching. It is amazing the difference between what you think you look like and what you look like on video. I really feel like I am skiing with a good stack, but based on the video I think it could be better. Perhaps a bit wider at the pull out. I am running this pass about 50% of the time and feel like I am so close to getting it 90%. 32 is another story and giving me fits. I think this pass is really bringing out my shortcomings at 28. Thanks for the advice.
Baller RazorRoss3 Posted August 21, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 21, 2017 @glock, your link doesn't seem to be playing nice for me and you might end up with a Panda on account of the long link. Might want to try and embed the video if others are having the same issues as me. Unlike 22, 28 does start bring you up the boat and on account of that can punish you quite severely for mistakes you weren't even aware you were making, hoping the video works on my home computer so I can take a look. Baller Glock Posted August 21, 2017 Author Baller Share Posted August 21, 2017 Trying to figure out the embedded video right now. I'll fix it as soon as I figure this out. I'm technically challenged....

Baller BrennanKMN Posted August 21, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 21, 2017 I would also suggest working on gate timing and intensity. It looks as though you felt you were moving to fast before your gate cut in and as a result you started the entire pass on your back foot trying to scrub speed. Baller RazorRoss3 Posted August 22, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 22, 2017 Yeah, I think your issues started with some gate timing/width and body position that is a little behind the ski. If you can try to stand tall, shoulders on top of hips, hips on top of front foot that will help everything.
