Administrators Horton Posted June 1, 2017 Administrators Share Posted June 1, 2017 Every year, Memorial Day weekend brings the most prestigious tournament in waterskiing…The Masters at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain Georgia. This year was the 58th, and Team Syndicate showed up riding a brand new ski, the Syndicate Pro, and it landed 3 athletes in the finals. Jaimee Bull, fresh off 2 consecutive Jr. Canadian National Records (2.5 and 3 @ 39.5 off) ended up winning the Jr. Womens division. Jon Travers and Will Asher were 2 of the 4 finalists in the Pro Mens division….JT finished in 4th, and Willy in 2nd….amongst the highest performances Robin Lake has ever seen. FlowPointTV was there, to capture the weekend….and now we’re here, delivering it straight to you. Thanks for checkin it out, and share if you liked it! Baller_ MarcusBrown Posted June 2, 2017 Baller_ Share Posted June 2, 2017 Thanks @Andre @ALPJr ! And thanks Horton for the love. The level of Elite skiing is higher than it has been in the history of the sport....skiers at the Junior and Elite levels are insanely dedicated and talented, and its a special treat to get to cover it for a couple days. Baller bigskieridaho Posted June 2, 2017 Baller Share Posted June 2, 2017 @MarcusBrown @Horton the thing I really enjoyed was all the spectators at that event! If we could only get that many people at all the events and on live TV all the time our sport would be huge once again! Would definitely drive interest for sure. Thanks guys! Baller ALPJr Posted June 3, 2017 Baller Share Posted June 3, 2017 Great coverage @MarcusBrown ! The thing I really like about the Masters is that the wake sports are there which as Bill Graham, the concert promoter used to say "puts asses in the seats" (and on the beach).
