Needing a Response LXi on a trailer transported from Orlando to somewhere around Manchester NH. Any vendor recommendations? We put an inquiry into uship but so far no response. Anyone shipped one that far(1400 mi) ? If so what did it cost you ?

Had a buyer ship one with uship several years ago - if I recall, it was about $1/mile or so.

I used uship 2 years ago to ship an SN from Buxton in TX to WI, about 2k miles. Cost me $660 total. I used the "name your price" tool, as all the quotes I received were between $1,200 and $2k.

If the hauler can secure a return trip with another haul , your price will better . Likely how swc5150 got such a deal.

@lff we had our CC 200 towed from MI to CA 2200 miles using uship a couple of years ago, worked out great. it came out to be around $2000

@jjackkrash It would be cutting it close! My guess is it was a backhaul, since it was a Rockford, IL company, and I either just paid for his fuel or there was something else loaded on his truck?

I have also had good luck with uShip several times. I didn't go with the cheapest bid a couple of times as that person didn't have any experience rating. I may be paranoid, but I wanted some good references before turning an almost new boat over to them. (the difference was only around $100), cost was usually a little less than $1 per mile. Each time was well over 1,000 miles.
