Baller 6balls Posted February 12, 2017 Baller Share Posted February 12, 2017 Is that kind of like porcelain pro? :D It's a new die-hard ski boat company competing with the Carbon Pro.

Baller swc5150 Posted February 13, 2017 Baller Share Posted February 13, 2017 So I'm assuming this company applies it to your boat, versus just sending you the bottle? I'd be interested to hear some reviews as well.

Baller ForrestGump Posted February 15, 2017 Baller Share Posted February 15, 2017 I don't know anything about this product. But I do know that way back when my family raced boats, we and a lot of people experimented with bottom texture to get speed out of the boats. Smooth bottoms were slower and you used more fuel/hr. We tried everything from micropolished to pebble textures. A 100mph boat would pick up 5-7% when we went to what then was being called speed lacquer, which was a microtextured surface. It felt like 400 grit sandpaper. Maybe technology has changed to reduce surface tension and increase speed/economy under power.
