Baller WBLskier Posted November 27, 2015 Baller Share Posted November 27, 2015 Is there any difference between a radar prime front binding and rear binding? If so what is the difference? Thanks.
Baller JayG80 Posted November 27, 2015 Baller Share Posted November 27, 2015 I don't have Prime bindings but the plate on rear binding is longer behind the heel.
eddie_roberts_jr
The Prime Bindings are symmetrical. Front is the same as the rear.

Baller Wayne Posted November 29, 2015 Baller Share Posted November 29, 2015 Base plate is the only difference front to rear on the feather frame versions (due to binding mounting screw pattern on the ski). The "boot" part is identical front to rear, so there is not a right or left foot forward distinction. Radar uses this same concept on most of their current bindings with the base plate being the only difference to accommodate front or rear configuration. Baller BRY Posted November 29, 2015 Baller Share Posted November 29, 2015 Don't get the full rear boot. Get one of these: http://www.perfski.com/index.php/ski/slaloms/waterski-bindings/radar-2016-hrt-aluminum-plate49.html http://www.perfski.com/index.php/ski/slaloms/waterski-bindings/radar-2016-hrt-feather-frame50.html Essentially Radar's R-type rear. Your hips will thank you with their freedom and the ease they get forward vs rear boot.
