I understand the PT comment, but treadmill has zero to do with your arm!!!!! You should be doing that or stationary bike everyday since you arent skiing.

Actually treadmill is broken.

 

Cat catches but does but harm rat. Brings rat in house and lets it go in back room.

 

Rat runs into treadmill.

 

Chuck the Dog smells rat and looses his little doggie mind. Chuck then chews a hole in the treadmill belt the size of my fist trying to get the rat.

 

Treadmill repair will cost about $300 and should be done this week.

@mattp that is the short version and not the first time Super Cat had done this. Last week she brought in a bird at about 2AM.

 

A destressed bird scream is a Hell of a thing to wake up to at 2 AM.

I'm just shocked you have a treadmill. @Horton a few stress relievers of the right index finger to the bird do wonders

put that treadmill on craigslist and get a treadclimber. difference is night and day, and the treadclimber has 2 deep beer holders so theres no way to spill if you use a long straw.
