Baller Bill22 Posted August 6, 2014 Author Baller Share Posted August 6, 2014 @MattP, @MS Thanks! I am pretty sure this ski is too big for my friend because he has lost weight. He bought it used and was 180 lb. What do you think, 68" too big right? 168 lb, 6' tall, 62 years old, freeskis at 32mph, has tried the course a few times at 30mph. Next year I want to talk him into a new or newer used 67" ski.
Baller Bill22 Posted August 6, 2014 Author Baller Share Posted August 6, 2014 How old is this F1? @MS that F1 is very heavy. I know it is older and must be all fiberglass but it weighs 3x what my Senate C weighs (the C is 3" shorter).
Baller MattP Posted August 6, 2014 Baller Share Posted August 6, 2014 @Bill22 should be a good ski for him
Baller Bill22 Posted August 6, 2014 Author Baller Share Posted August 6, 2014 @MattP you think at 32mph he needs a little more ski under him? I thought a 68 would be about 190 - 220 lb.
Baller_ The_MS Posted August 6, 2014 Baller_ Share Posted August 6, 2014 I think the ski will work fine. Play around with the DFT if its not reacting right.
