HO and D3 rear boot hole specs

I'm looking for the actual measurement, from center-to-center of the rear boot holes on the HO and the D3 hole patterns, or any other widely used patterns, if there is one. Front hole to front hole, rear to rear, and front to rear. Metric or English (standard).

Really old discussion, but the reason I posted this initially was to find out why no rear binding plate in existence would fit a Goode Nano One I had. I ended up calling a very highly respected binding maker, and his response to my question was, "no one knows what Goode is doing" and, in my particular circumstance, "they f####d up". So, I had a machine shop precisely drill my new Reflex Rstyle plate. So, the answer to my question, and this discussion was, if you have a Goode ski and can't find a plate that fits it, stop looking for a plate and look for your drill.
