Wac
I'm up in that area a lot for business and would really like to find some folks that would take in a jittery middle-aged course skier looking to get a fix while away from business for long stretches of time.... Willing to trade beer, gas, money, food and even bad advise for a pull through a course after work hours. I've been skiing a course for years, not well of course, but can at least drive, wax the boat, repair the course, put in buoys and occasionally get through -35 for some real crowd pleasing fun! Baller bishop8950 Posted June 19, 2014 Baller Share Posted June 19, 2014 @Wac I used to live near Princeton and ski at Raceway Park in Englishtown. I think these days that's the only local option for buoys. I will send you a message for contacts
Baller dchristman Posted June 19, 2014 Baller Share Posted June 19, 2014 I skied at Englishtown once back in the 80's with the Kelly's. The water burned my eyes, pretty distracting. Maybe it's different now, but I'd take some goggles.
Baller bishop8950 Posted June 19, 2014 Baller Share Posted June 19, 2014 It's a funky place with a short set up, much shorter than the 80s. From 98-05 I never noticed burning eyes
Wac
@bishop8950 Thanks for the contact info there in NJ! I've skied REALLY short set-ups in some of the puddles we call lakes in the Orlando area... I'm happy with anything that has buoys!
