Reflex Binding Position on Strada

Is there a common point of reference to compare the binding placement of a Reflex binding in relation to the Radar binding (Strada) ), or should use a completely different point of reference with entirely different distance measurement?

 

I'm trying to gauge the binding position of the Reflex binding on my 2013 67 Strada relative to the factory recommended setting (which I believe is 29 1/2).

Use the rear-most point of the heel of the reflex boot.

Measure from just below the release block to the tail and all should be good.
