Baller ozski Posted April 11, 2014 Baller Share Posted April 11, 2014 End of season ski testing time, I'm on the new D3 Helix and so far so good. My personal perspective is that this ski allows you to ride it in a slightly more neutral position when compared the Quest which seems to work better if your able to maintain front foot pressure. I've been on three skis in the last three weeks and I feel like the Helix suits my style the most. Today I equaled my practice PB off the dock and probably should have gone further down the pass considering the start the Helix gives me. Setup has been minimal, I just needed to get the bindings in the right place and the ski is working very well on both sides.
