Cooper Tate set a new record in West Palm round 1. 4@35. Round 2. 5@35.

It appears that the Boys1 record is 3 @ 35. No big deal; just getting near it

is a major accomplishment. I sure hope that he continues with the sport into

his adulthood and beyond. And, works on his judge and other rating.

@Edbrazil‌ I understand one round he scores 4 and he scored 5 in another round. That gives him two shots for approval.

 

And it's the longest standing male record in the book (tied twice).

Looks like I mis-read the scores. Sorry. Next step: getting into 38.

But, the other comments apply. Sad when promising youngsters

burn out early and don't keep with the sport. I hope that Cooper is

not one of those people, and will stick with it.

Congrats to a really nice young skier. I have watched him from the boat and when he turns in for the gate he is all buisness. And at the end of the set when dad says ok Coop take a break, Cooper says one more dad and after that he says one more dad!! I think we will be hearing his name for a long time. Great job Coop and great job Kyle for raising such a nice kid!!
