Baller bojans Posted March 12, 2014 Baller Share Posted March 12, 2014 I have a buddy that doesn't slalom because he can't find a. RTP wide enough for his rear foot (big foot, 12+) any suggestions?
oldjeep
My kid fits his size 12 into my radar ARTP
Baller ral Posted March 12, 2014 Baller Share Posted March 12, 2014 I am sure Wileys would do one for him.
Baller BraceMaker Posted March 12, 2014 Baller Share Posted March 12, 2014 You can also just take a rear aluminum plate, dismantle whatever RTP you have, take the plastic bits that the screws go into, and get yourself some extra rubber material and EVA - McMaster carr and make yourself whatever you need. mwetskier
consider surgery. he can get by just fine with no pinkie toe and as a bonus theres no little piggy going wee wee wee all the way home.

Baller 6balls Posted March 12, 2014 Baller Share Posted March 12, 2014 I wear 11.5 to 12 width "D" shoes and do fine in the D3 leverage toe plate. I think whatever @razorskier1 uses is even more roomy...too roomy for my preference.
Chef23
Definitely call Wiley's they can hook you up.
Razorskier1
I'd love to find the right fit for a RTP. My foot is only 11 and wide, but certainly not paddle wide. While @6balls feels mine is roomy, it is still too tight at the front of my foot and I can't come close to getting into his D3 leverage. I like my foot all the way in, and ride with my heel down. I am using an O'Brien now, but like I said, it pinches my foot at the front.
oldjeep
The radar ARTP has laces on the top, not solid rubber like the ones you guys are talking about. Seems like if your foot was still too big that longer laces could be used. http://cdn2.bigcommerce.com/server1400/fe789/products/3111/images/6230/Radar_ARTP_Binding_2013__48923.1351888853.1280.1280.jpg
Razorskier1
Tried the adjustable. Doesn't hold up to me putting my foot in. Ripped out two of them in two weeks and gave up.
Baller 6balls Posted March 13, 2014 Baller Share Posted March 13, 2014 Had an adjustable velcro set-up once, too...will never do that again. At times got stuck down against the foot pad so I stand up and can't get my foot in before the course comes up.
allycat
i use a radar rtb as above have a size 11 foot and it fits nicely am happy with it but it will not go much larger .how do you rip them out Razorskier1 you must be a strong bugger
Razorskier1
@allycat - I place my foot deep in the strap and do so with "conviction".
Chef23
I don't think those lace rtps work if you get up with one foot in and kick in. If you get up with both feet in already they are probably okay.
oldjeep
@Chef23 - Why? I get up with one foot and kick in. The laces are just adjustment, not something you mess with once your foot is in each time.
otisg
I have found the O'Briens to be the widest in that size.
Waternut
Love my radar rtp like above with the laces and I have a wide foot and jam my foot in the rtp every time I get up. I usually have to wiggle my back foot a little because I like it tight. Highly recommend it. Mine is still in decent shape and I used it a ton last year.
