If it did't appear that the majority of the tournaments in the country were already fully subscribed, I'd guess that red meant full, yellow nearly full and green plenty of spots. I can't find an explanation on the site. Anyone know the answer? Did I guess correctly and I'm like the last person in the country to send out my applications? It has to do with sanctioning and if the sanction has been approved and if not, what the status is. If you hold your mouse pointer over a flag it will show, All approvals received, Sanction approvals pending, or No Sanction Approvals Received.
