What do I need to buy to upgrade to Zbox?

I currently have an 04 Lxi and with the PP display that takes up part of the RPM gauge. Do I need to get the stargazer upgrade that is like $550 or the whole entire stargazer upgrade to be able to put Zbox on it?

You have to have stargazer, Zbox uses the gps positioning. I think there is an upgrade. I had to start from zero on mine. Got it from Jody.

If you were an early SG adopter (like really early), you might need a new Master Module. If you give PP your serial number, they will be able to tell you if your module will work with Zbox. They gave me a discount on my upgrade and I sold my old module (with full disclosure) for more than the cost to upgrade to the new one.

I've just done the same upgrade on my 04 LXi - you will need the new display, Stargazer unit and Zbox. PP are fantastic to deal with, just let them know what you have and they will supply the whole thing as an upgrade. It is simple to install, allow about an hour of your time for the hardware side of things. Make sure you watch all of the videos on the PP website, they tell you almost everything you will need to know. I mounted my Zbox behind the gauges, flat and facing the front, I used adhesive rather than screws. Best of luck, I'm more than happy with mine and the 04 LXi hull is one of the best!
