Baller 6balls Posted December 14, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted December 14, 2013 ...and in the summer, she really hauls with 9.9 carbureted HP. Throws a really flat wake, too.
Razorskier1
How about this rig? My old 1988 Warrior Barefoot Comp!
Baller 6balls Posted December 14, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted December 14, 2013 Wow I miss that boat...remember how it could nearly take the rope out of your hands on a barefoot deepwater start? Get up easy, glide over the stern roller and the driver stuffs it...feel like Wile E. Coyote hanging onto some ACME contraption accelerating to footing speed...yee haw! Have to see if I have any pics of the '91 Centurion Falcon Barefoot.
Baller 6balls Posted December 15, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted December 15, 2013 Here we go...still on my lift today and spotless. These 3 boats in some way a tribute to our Dad. We drove the hell out of a small rented aluma-craft on vacation in WI with Dad's 15 hp Evinrude attached, and both Centurions were purchased by Jim and I from my Dad. He had pretty good taste in boats!
Brady
@thager I bet that Mastercraft had a lot of wood inside with all the Maharaja's back in the day!
Baller 6balls Posted December 15, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted December 15, 2013 Funny thing is sure enough that aluma-craft transom is wood. Replaced it a few years ago.
XR6Hurricane
Love it...Never saw a Warrior running with the tracking fins visible before. You guys need to come down here to the lower Fox sometime. There are hot outboards, then there are hot outboards that have had the heat turned up a notch... Razorskier1
@XR6Hurricane -- with the Yamaha Vmax 3.1 liter hanging on the back the Warrior was very strong! I could run high 60mph in a boat that carries all it's gas in the nose! You, however, seem better at attracting the ladies!
