Baller schafer Posted December 18, 2013 Baller Share Posted December 18, 2013 @madcityskier thats awesome. our last set in alberta was Nov 1. air was 35 F and water was 36 F. woke up the next morning and it was snowing and lake half frozen. gotta push the limits here, our season is so short as it is. Baller Lucas Posted January 24, 2014 Baller Share Posted January 24, 2014 This seems a bit odd for Celsius. A 41 degree day with 30 degree water being perfect? I think I would melt. When I started skiing this season by the calculator the BI was 6.6 when calculating with Celsius temperatures but it didn't seem that cold at all (water 17, air 23). So hot we couldn't do the math - kept thinking we weren't crossing the magic 200f index. Heat addled brains. Didn't ski too well either.
