In '08 I skied on Wed evenings while working in Atlanta (and living in Mobile). Skied with the gang up on Lake Acworth. Just moved into home in Tifton at Forest Lake. I shopped for two months; scoured satellite images every where from Valdosta to Tifton looking for a place to ski - nothing and no one. Good thing my wife is a great driver! Found a home at Forest Lake - which just barely has a 2000 foot straight run. I think it will work out well - it has to, this is all there is down here. They did open a cable park in Valdosta, The father of the young man managing the park hopes to make an existing lake a lil longer/wider and set up slalom, but may be a few years away. Definitely plan to stop by sometime! Have to get you and @OB to come by. (No ZO yet - 2007 RLxi with PP Pro). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
