Baller Than_Bogan Posted December 4, 2012 Baller Share Posted December 4, 2012 I always take the month of November off -- nearly no exercise at all. It gives me something to look forward to instead of just being depressed as the season comes to an end. And it helps to heal a little, both mentally and physically. Sometimes, a little catchup on "real life" happens. I also usually advance some crazy new Dungeons & Dragons Online character through a dozen levels or so. Finally, it makes me actually look forward to getting the next season's prep started, which will begin today with a "walkthrough" at the gym: lots of exercises with almost no weight at all. I shake my fist in your general direction, Neutral Line!!
Baller 6balls Posted December 4, 2012 Baller Share Posted December 4, 2012 Screwed up my back temporarily at daughter's trampoline b'day party. No falls or anything, just woke up and could hardly move due to left SI joint. Got back into gym and about 6 weeks in again with no apparent injury my left AC joint is really mad at me. Right knee a little sore on leg press. HMM...age catching up a bit.

Baller 6balls Posted December 4, 2012 Baller Share Posted December 4, 2012 @MS, I may not be as old, but I'm a high mileage model. @OB, that's the last straw! One more comment like that and I'll come down there and jump on your trampoline with a bunch of girls.
Baller Than_Bogan Posted December 4, 2012 Author Baller Share Posted December 4, 2012 I'm pretty sure 6balls should not be lumped in with a wuss like me. He can benchpress my bench, me, and my "weight" that I am trying to benchpress...
Baller ForrestGump Posted December 5, 2012 Baller Share Posted December 5, 2012 Monday I started back at Crossfit 4 times a week(after a 9 month layoff) and my new nutrition program. Plus we skied. Baller PatM Posted December 5, 2012 Baller Share Posted December 5, 2012 Trying to get back to my core routine. 3 days a week not much weight lifting involved in my routine. Going to see my trainer next week to hopefully change things up. I just want to maintain at this stage of the game. But good beer keeps calling my name.
