Me and the World Standings list

So I registered for the MW regionals. Checked this thread again to make sure I chose the correct option as the electronic registration gives two; 1. Class E or 2. Class LR. I chose Class LR as that places the score on the World Rankings List according to this thread. But when checked and then verified as instructed, it then jumped to a screen that said my qualifications for such a (assuming here) Class LR I was "pending" and did not say "qualified". Went back and checked the Class E option and everything followed as normal and I'm registered and piad in full. All good. But why the Class LR issue as if I was not qualified "pending" to participate in this particular event.???
