bogboy
Lake 33? We thought the only waterski lake in the Palm Springs area was shadow lake in Indio, which we have been looking into. We will have to look into lake 33.
bogboy
Wait, it looks like this is shadow lake. Did they change the name?
Administrators Horton Posted November 13, 2012 Author Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2012 It is Shadow. No idea why it is branded as Water33. Baller eleeski Posted November 13, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 13, 2012 Somebody is seriously pushing Shadow lakes. They are on the radio out there advertising. Hopefully they will generate some good interest for their project and desert skiing. Of course, you can buy my entire 3 lake site just down the road for less than 1 house... The_MS
You have to have a AM33 to ski there.

Steven_Haines
My wife asked me the other day if I had a couple extra million burning a hole in my pocket after seeing that add. I wish!!!
Baller skibug Posted November 15, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 15, 2012 I like how the add says it could be a nice winter home for a Canadian or Northwestern dweller. They must make a lot of money up there......
Baller greghayes Posted December 23, 2012 Baller Share Posted December 23, 2012 Anyone here ever ski on this site? What time of year, what's the rotation like, how was it? I counted 49 docks on this site.
danbirch
I just skied there. Unbelievable!!! Crystal clear fresh water. They have 2 courses in an oval shape, and you can go around, and around, never seeing any motion on the water. You get a LONG set-up before entering each course (maybe 200 yards). The rotation was light. The water and temps were warm enough (about 3 wks ago) to go with no neoprene. Frank and Charlene were awesome hosts!
