Administrators Horton Posted September 21, 2012 Administrators Share Posted September 21, 2012 Watched Shane crash on practice set Stisher made me almost shoot beer out my noise. Baller ForrestGump Posted September 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted September 21, 2012 Both were tremendously funny. Stisher and I thought Horton was either going to throw up or fall in the lake. We were slightly disappointed that he only shot beer from his noise.
Texas6
And what did Stisher say that was so funny?

Baller Ed_Johnson Posted September 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted September 21, 2012 Hope you Guys get a chance to check out the new A3 and the 2013 Mapple AM33, and let us know what you think. Will has his own Special Edition A3. When I saw it here in Fla he had a HO Slot Fin on it...Badal and the Browns may be on it also.
Steven_Haines
What's a HO slot fin look like? Anything like Schnitzels?
Baller Ed_Johnson Posted September 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted September 21, 2012 The one I saw looked like a standard Red HO, but with a Slot, about the same size and location as Schnitz has his...May just be a experimental version. If you want to see a different fin, check out Matt Browns Packman Fin he had on his A2.

Joeprunc
Trying to leave work early today and head over to Diablo to watch and learn, what time do you think they will stop running? Staring at the glassy water right now from my office and really wish I was out skiing instead of working.
Baller ForrestGump Posted September 22, 2012 Baller Share Posted September 22, 2012 Only one on the A3 is Willie, it would seem. Design isn't finalized and in production. Matt Brown doesn't have the packman fin on his ski any longer. KLP was not on anything close to a stock HO ski. It looked way wide and big to me. Administrators Horton Posted September 22, 2012 Author Administrators Share Posted September 22, 2012 Yesterday was really fun. This is the only event of the year where i do not mind skiing like crap. Baller ForrestGump Posted September 22, 2012 Baller Share Posted September 22, 2012 I'm having a blast. Although now my ribs are way sore in addition to my neck, shoulder, and arm. What other sport can you participate in as an amateur and then go to dinner with the pros.
Baller Wish Posted September 23, 2012 Baller Share Posted September 23, 2012 Not sure where else to post this but just need to say Freddy K as color commentary for slalom is fantastic. He and Tadd make a great team. He knows a ton about these guys. Very impressed and hope he does this more often. Someone needs to put him in that same chair tomorrow. Seriously!!
