Cuse919
I finally wore out a late 90's O'brien World Team this summer and decided to take the opportunity to both update my equipment and also find a course in the area that I could start learning on. I ended up buying a used 2010 Coefficient X but now need some help with binding placement, etc before taking my first sets this weekend. Is there any reason to mess around with the HO recommendations for binding placement and fin? I also looked pretty extensively and didn't find any discussions about RTP placement? Does that make a difference?
Administrators Horton Posted September 6, 2012 Administrators Share Posted September 6, 2012 Front binding goes where factory says. Rtp should put your back foot close. Toes 1/4 to 1/2 inch from front boot. A little farther back is not end of world. Don't look at the fin unless you are sure it is far from factory.
