Baller estrom Posted August 6, 2012 Baller Share Posted August 6, 2012 First off, thanks for all the thoughts on these ski questions. I'm now wondering about a sixam 2. Is that a super high end, stiff flex ski or is a little more forgiving that an intermediate to advanced skier will enjoy? I don't get on a course very often, but I am a fairly agressive recreational skier. Most of my skiing is at 22 - 28 off at 34 mph. Thanks.

Baller TeamWally Posted August 7, 2012 Baller Share Posted August 7, 2012 Best I've found. The foam core of the 2.0 is the same high dollar core used in the Elite which provides a very consistent flex. seems o me the 2 guys @AM skis designed the 2.0 in a past life. Baller_ Jody_Seal Posted August 7, 2012 Baller_ Share Posted August 7, 2012 We have a couple around here that we ski on from time to time. very forgiving and predictable ski. I skied on one for three years. Watched Andy run 41 on Robin Lake in 2008 on one (silver top). Also know of a few 66" new in the box that can be had! Blue top. Baller estrom Posted August 7, 2012 Author Baller Share Posted August 7, 2012 @jody, we may need to talk if you know of some available. Does the color difference indicate a difference in the makeup of the ski, or is it just a cosmetic difference?
