I picked the colors of the school she teaches at, and had her name engraved on it along with the name of the school and its mascot. Put your name and alma mater on it. It could say, "NO Gordas Chicas" @shaneh lives by this. He doesn't discriminate against the loca ones though, which has caused the occasional issue.
