addkerr
How far apart do you have your back foot from your front. I have just changed rear boot from a t-factor to an HO attack and when fitting, noticed that in center holes my foot was further back than previous. Wasn't sure if this was down to my combination of t-factor front boot and attack rear, so I cut the plate until it was the same as before. This made me think that I have never read how far apart to have your feet on the ski, and if you just go on centre holes like me, then they are so different on different bindings. Interested to know people's thoughts.
bogboy
I took a hack saw to the front of my rear plate to get my rear foot one hole closer to my front. I filed the cut round and smooth.
Chef23
I run a Strada front and an HO RTP. This probably isn't the way to measure but it ensures I get a consistent measurement when I move my bindings. There is 1.5" between the stitching on the back of my Strada and the pad under the foot on the RTP. This gets my toes pretty close to the back binding but not touching the front boot. I do overkick sometimes and need to wiggle my foot back a little.
