Dusty
I can't say i recognize that model Extreme- H-O made an "Extreme" years ago (1995 maybe) that was a very high performance ski- not recommended for a newer skier according to skiers on them- Back then, Mach 1's, Turbos etc would have been the more 'forgiving' models od H-O skis. Administrators Horton Posted July 4, 2012 Administrators Share Posted July 4, 2012 No that is a VTX. No No No. If you are looking to save $ and buy used go D3. For a few $ more the mid range stuff from Radar or HO is hard to beat. The O'Brien Synchro is also a great ski for this level. Baller kmenard Posted July 4, 2012 Author Baller Share Posted July 4, 2012 3 no's Horton? That bad? :) The $25 price tag was intriguing. It looked very similar to m HO Turbo es, which I am sure is really dated at this point, but I always liked the ski.
Administrators Horton Posted July 4, 2012 Administrators Share Posted July 4, 2012 @kmenard Well for $25 dollars that changes everything unless you like her. NO NO NO skis are different now. Better. That thing was ok when it was new but today it is crap. eddie_roberts_jr
That's not a VTX or an Extreme. It's an LVT which was part of the Extreme Series back in the day. It was built from the same mold as the VTI but laid up softer and had the narrow tunnel like the Mach 1. Not a bad ski for twenty five bucks. You can't even buy an RTP for that. Baller kmenard Posted July 4, 2012 Author Baller Share Posted July 4, 2012 Will those bindings work with any of the newer skis?
Administrators Horton Posted July 4, 2012 Administrators Share Posted July 4, 2012 Eddie will tell me if I am wrong... @kmenard pretty sure the front binding holes will not match a modern ski.
