Razorskier1
I meant to add the "every time I ski" option for @MS, but I screwed it up!

Administrators Horton Posted June 21, 2012 Administrators Share Posted June 21, 2012 My option is not there. Only when I think I know what the ski is doing wrong or.... when I want to destroy my skiing like I did last week BABE’S ★ California Ski Ranch ★ Connelly ★ Denali ★ Goode ★ KD Skis MasterCraft ★ MasterLine ★ PerfSki ★ Radar ★ Rodics Innovation Reflex ★ S Lines ★ Stokes
Baller Than_Bogan Posted June 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted June 21, 2012 Well, not literally never. But once I get it set up I try really hard not to touch it. I don't think I've moved my current fin in almost 2 years.
Baller JC McCavit Posted June 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted June 21, 2012 Not very often when I have been on a ski for a season. Very often when setting up a new ski.
Texas6
I've never touched a fin on a ski. Maybe this is part of my problem, but until I'm incapable of picking up another buoy, I'm leaving it alone.
Baller tsixam Posted June 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted June 21, 2012 Changed the Razor today. Shorter and more dft. Off side terrific, on side worse. Need to go back. Usually dont change when I find The settings. Tsixam
GAJ0004
I check it every other week which is after 10-12 sets. When it moves off the factory setting I feel like I am in wrestling match with my ski.
Members SkiJay
Twice a year. Our season in Calgary starts in May with water in the 40 degree range. It's officially summer today, June 21, and the Predator Bay water has "warmed up" to 59 degrees. It's hard, fast, cold, shallow water. I move to Florida in the Fall and the water is 85 degrees, soft, slow, warm and deep. Two ski lakes at opposite ends of the spectrum, two opportunities per year to learn more about tuning. Baller swc5150 Posted June 22, 2012 Baller Share Posted June 22, 2012 Thing only thing I've done was remove the wing. If I ever constently get into -35, I think I'll take BOS member advice and pop it back on.
