We got in a quick ride. It seems a bit softer and the RPMs are roughly 300 lower.

Is it really better to ski behind? Not sure yet because my skiing is falling apart and only one other skier tried it tonight. It will burn less gas and maybe the wakes are better at 28. It will take some time to work this out.

@Horton After having the new prop for a few days what is your take? I have the 6.0L with a 422. Is this OJ a significant improvement on RPM's over the 422? How are the rest of the performance characteristics, i.e. hole shot, wake, top end, etc.

Sorry for the delay on this.

We think the OJ Prop really helped this boat. The revs are lower by 300 and the boat is so much easier to ski behind. Next week three of us will take one set with the OJ Prop and then one with the one that came on the boat and report back.
