bogboy Posted May 23, 2012 Share Posted May 23, 2012 I ran my first full pass, plus about 7 more last week at friends near winterhavan, fl. I am so happy! Thank you Greg & Clarice! The ski I used was not my new fusion, but a new 2012 triumph that my instructor here at home suggested, to replace my old triumph. I now know the importance of matching your abilities with your ski. The gang told me that now that I can run the course, I need to learn to run it better. Agreed. It's been a lot more work than I thought it would be, since getting back into skiing about 4 years ago. It was the most expensive 20 seconds of my life: new ski, new boat, trips to Florida, Costa Rica, ski club membership....just to do the same thing again.
