orlando trip day one

Set from hotel bar on phone. No spell check.

 

I took the red eye out of LAX last night. landed at 5 something. Got early checkin at hotel. Slept till noon. Drove to Phil's house around 3 and made it to Travers by 4.

 

When I rolled up at Travers, Jack and Jon were shoveling rock. Not the glamorous pro skier life style. The real ski school lifestyle.

 

I sat in the boat with Jack driving and watched some of the boys ski. Freaken impressive. One thing is for sure, these kids listen to what ever Jack says. Pictures and better details to come...

 

I took a ride while I was there. The site is killer and the coaching was first rate.

 

I then went back to Phil's for a second ride. Phil hates my gate do I had to let him abuse me. The crazy 8 ball set up did not beat me this trip.

 

After my ride we walked to the neighbors for a beer. Upon arriving at Phil's neighbors house I found HO team member and past world record holder Karina Nowlan entertaining the natives.
