ULM Wins their 23rd National Title

Congrats to the ULM Water Ski Team for winning the 2011 NCWSA Nationals. Great performance by everyone on the team. Zach's 194' jump was AMAZING!! Very proud that my daughter was a part of 3 titles in 4 years. Also, proud my alma mater (LSU) made it to Nationals for the first time and performed well.

I talked to the driver of the jump record, they ran the plot again on the record jump and it was actually a 195......WOW. At 5' 32mph..ridonkulous.

Hey, seriously, congrats to ULM! Awesome accomplishment that I'm sure they'll treasure for a lifetime. I still remember many of the details of my high school team winning a conference track title way back in 1989. Team titles are different, and in some ways better, than individual ones.
