find good fin adjustment and bindings position

Hi guys,

 

I'd like to get few information on how to get a good ski setting by fin and bindings adjustmenents. I'm getting a brand new ski but not properly set and as I'm not a pro i would like to get a good setting for my height and weight in order to get a good ski for the beginning. My height : 180 cm my weight : 75kg my ski is going to be a 67" would you have any suggestions on bindings and fin position ?
