Skihack
Had a chance to see these guys ski this weekend at a North Carolina record tournament. Nate got into 43 off scoring 1 buoy. This kid is the best pro skier I have ever seen .Skis like a Robot. Very smooth, ski never changes attitude the whole way through. Corey and Scott rocked as well. Very enjoyable tourny to watch. Baller skibug Posted June 7, 2011 Baller Share Posted June 7, 2011 I believe that would be a new Men 1 record for Nate.
Jim Neely
What is the key(s) to Nate Smith's 41 off pass?

Baller skibug Posted June 8, 2011 Baller Share Posted June 8, 2011 All on a D3!! To add to the discussion about skiers skis of choice; there were only 1 or 2 Goodes on the dock at this tournament, out of about 35-40 skiers.
Baller Chef23 Posted June 8, 2011 Baller Share Posted June 8, 2011 That 41 was way too easy.
Baller_ Wish Posted June 8, 2011 Baller_ Share Posted June 8, 2011 RFF and a 41 off ball 1 that looks like that. How is that even possible??
kstateskier
I saw Nate ski at Junior USO last year. He's very tall, leverages the boat in a very stacked position and his D3 moves in and out of the turns very well with him. Kid is a talented skier. Skihack
Most all of the skiers were on the new A2. PB's were achieved by alot of the skiers on the A2. Nate, Corey, and another skier were on the new X7. I really like the way the X7's look. But, I believe Nate could run 41 on a 68" 2x6 piece of lumber. Clay Neill ran 38 off on the A2 he just received Monday before the tourney. Looks like the A2 is going to have a strong season.
