Baller A_B Posted July 20, 2010 Baller Share Posted July 20, 2010  I liked the Goode blue fin on my Senate C. Had a little more "belly" to it, so better offside angle.

Baller ForrestGump Posted July 20, 2010 Baller Share Posted July 20, 2010 It'd be kind of funny if Eddie sent you a fin bent the opposite way as a joke. LOL

Thomas Wayne
Having been to the Radar plant and having seen how many different hats Eddie wears all day long, I can understand why he sometimes drops the occasional ball. Overall, however, he's legendary for his customer service. My recommendation is before you write him off completely, try sending another email or two. My mother used to say: "The road to Hell is paved with good intentions" but I'll bet if you take a moment or two to drop him a reminder, Eddie will be more than happy to put on his paving hat...TW
Baller ForrestGump Posted July 29, 2010 Baller Share Posted July 29, 2010 Did you whisper to eddie? Sometimes I do not notice that someone whispered to me on here and it's weeks before I see it.
Baller Dirt Posted July 29, 2010 Baller Share Posted July 29, 2010 Kona, call Eddie or anyone at Radar and tell them what happened. You'll have your fin ASAP. Radar has great customer service. Just got a new Senate C for the wife and it was here in two days. I have had the same great service on parts.

east tx skier
Another plug for Radar's customer service. I called to ask about a part number for the Strada bungee laces and left my email. Received an email the next day asking for a shipping address (no charge).
