I purchased an Eagle vest in July of this year and the zipper began to separate at the bottom within a month.  I waited until the conclusion of the season before contacting them about repair because the separation never progressed and the vest was still usable.  I sent an e-mail and had a response within 30 minutes.  I shipped the vest back to them and had it back within one week.  THAT'S customer service.

 Always good to hear positive stuff like that, Joe.  I'm about to pull the trigger on one of their drysuits, and its comforting to know they stand behind their products.  I sent them an email w/ a few questions.  Like your experience.... in no time, I got candid, thorough responses, from both Chuck and Larry.
