Hey guys in the last week or so were has been a bit of picking on Schnitz and Dave Goode. It is not near the point where I would sensor anyone but, generally I would prefer a friendlier tone around here. If you really have a legitimate customer service story we should all hear it but stirring the pot because it is funny is not what BallOfSpray is about.

ahhh yes, the old skiing forum disease, 'winteritis'. a seasonal disease that results in inflamation and agitation torwards others, caused by withdrawal of the only known antidote, skiing. you can tell its coming, beware its highly contagious... for you northern guys anyway

Here is a good story of customer service.

My neighbor bought a 07 Monza form H2Osmos. A year later he was back there skiing and he showed them a bit of delaminating that was happening just under the top skin. When the ski would get wet, you could see a bit of white comming in around the edges. on the tip. TRS and Seth sent him home with his 07, and a few days later the HO factory sent him a brand new 08 Monza. Thats top notch at both H2Os and HO Skis.
