Define Rhythm

I read a lot and here people take about working on one rhyme. I know this sounds like an odd question but how would you guys define rhythm when it comes to skiing.

Would you describe rhythm as smoothness or more of a timing thing.

Just a thought.

It is rhythm. You always look the same ball to ball. You start the rythm at the gate, and stay in that rythm until the end gate. If you take slack hits or pull long, you are now out of rythm. I have no idea what cadence means, but you must have rythm to run shortline. Never rush things, you just ease into and out of everything without getting rocked. It works.

MS,

Below is your vocabulary lesson

The result of good cadence or rhyhm is smooth skiing. Constant turns, length of pull, handle control all lead to consistant cadence. Doing the same thing ball after ball.
